My approach
Technology is rarely what makes or breaks a transformation. People are. I work across the full cycle so leaders and teams have the skills, data and voice to decide well.
Use cases chosen with the people who will live with them, tied to P&L goals. Human-centred methods (Double Diamond, empathy and customer journey mapping) define the problem before the tool.
Ad-hoc tools fitted to real workflows, with a specialism in Claude, and training that reaches every team.
Financial and human metrics: savings, hours, adoption and who is being left out.
Governance, champions and routines so results last beyond the pilot.
Expanding what works across functions and countries, with every perspective at the table.

About
I lead AI implementation at a global pharmaceutical company. The lesson I see again and again: the technology is rarely what makes or breaks a transformation. People are — whether leaders and teams have the skills, the data and the voice to make decisions where every perspective counts.
My background combines finance, public and business administration (UNAM; Warwick Business School as a Chevening Scholar) and negotiation (Diploma in International Trade Negotiations, El Colegio de México, taught with WTO experts), plus executive training in design thinking at Aalto University and a Responsible AI certification from MIT xPRO. I am currently completing the CPMAI (Cognitive Project Management for AI) certification.
In corporate roles I have delivered more than $20M USD in savings. On World Bank–funded programs and through Business de Tres, I have trained 150+ women entrepreneurs and professionals. Both worlds taught me the same thing: results improve when the people affected by a decision help shape it.
My own path into technology began when I was turned away from an electronics workshop at twelve. Today I've watched AI help thousands of women — me included — start businesses while carrying care work nobody counts. Yet men remain 16–22% more likely to use generative AI, and women are just 19.3% of AI engineers. That is why I co-founded Business de Tres: so the next wave of transformation includes everyone from the start.
I studied in the UK and now work between North America and Europe. I bring resourcefulness to European organizations, and Europe's rigor back home.
